Mercury NZ Limited provides the attached Capital Change Notice under NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This Notice relates to the re-issue of 538,150 ordinary shares from treasury stock and issue of 6,952,650 ordinary shares under Mercury’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), announced on 22 February 2022, in respect of the FY2025 interim dividend.
