The Company announces that it agreed on 14 April 2025 to allot 300,000 ordinary shares at a price of 203.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 16 April 2025, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 170,774,679.
