Vector chief executive Simon Mackenzie update

The Vector board continues to progress the recruitment process for a new group chief executive.

Group chief executive Simon Mackenzie has agreed to stay after his previously announced leaving date of 30 June. Simon will step down at the end of 2025.

The board is grateful to Simon as this provides Vector with continuity of leadership and direction.

The market will be updated when the recruitment process is concluded.
