For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Spark New Zealand Limited advises that in respect of its Annual Meeting to be held on Friday 7 November 2025, the closing date for director nominations is Monday 8 September 2025.

All nominations must be received at the below address by 6.00pm (New Zealand time) on the closing date.
