A copy of the Offer Document was lodged to the NZX and ASX on the same date.

The Rights Offer opens today and closes at 5:00pm NZST on Friday 12 September 2025 (unless extended). Eligible Shareholders are encouraged to apply online at https://metroglass.capitalraise.co.nz.

The Rights Offer is available to eligible shareholders with an address recorded in Metro’s share register in New Zealand at 7.00pm NZST on Thursday 28 August 2025 (Eligible Shareholders). Eligible Shareholders are being invited to subscribe for new shares at an offer price of NZ$0.03 per new share.

Eligible Shareholders who take up their rights in full will be entitled to apply for further new shares at an offer price of NZ$0.03 per share under the oversubscription facility, up to an amount of shares equal to their entitlement under the Rights Offer or $25,000 of new shares, whichever is greater.

If you, as an Eligible Shareholder, do not take up your full entitlement under the Rights Offer, any unexercised rights will lapse, and you will receive no value for those lapsed rights.
