Fletcher Building has published its FY25 Remuneration Report, which is now available on the Company’s website and attached here.
The Remuneration Report will be the subject of a non-binding resolution at the 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on 22 October 2025. Additional details will be provided in the Notice of Meeting, which is expected to be released on or around Friday, 19 September 2025.
