The following amendments have been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 3 September 2025 at 16:49 under RNS No 9059X.

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 150,000
Lowest price per share paid: 1152.00p
Highest price per share paid: 1155.00p
Weighted average price paid: 1152.9881p

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 82,814,881 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 479,004,135 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 479,004,135 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Highest price per share paid: 1155.00p
Weighted average price paid: 1152.9881p
