Aucklanders will need their vaccine passes to get a haircut from this Thursday while all of New Zealand will move under the ‘traffic light’ covid framework at midnight on Dec 2.At Monday's post-cabinet briefing prime minister Jacinda Ardern said Auckland will enter the new traffic light system at the red level, while the entry settings for other regions will be based mainly on their district health board's (DHBs) vaccination levels.Ardern said the government will also give an exemption to hairdressers and barbers, enabling t...
