House price expectations at highest level since 2010

New Zealanders expect house prices will lift 6.9 percent annually, the latest ANZ–Roy Morgan Consumer Confidence Index says.The index, released today, found annual house price inflation expectations increased 0.2 percentage points to almost 7 percent in January.
