Treasury said on Wednesday that $4.5 billion of the nominal May 15, 2035, New Zealand government bond has been issued via syndication.It had expected to issue at least $3b and said the transaction would be capped at $5b. The initial price guidance was 4 to 8 basis points over the May 15, 2034, nominal green bond. The bonds, which carry a coupon of 4.5%, were issued at a spread of 6 basis points over the May 15, 2034, nominal green bond, at a yield to maturity of 4.7775%. Total book size, at final price guidance, exceeded $17b.More att...
