ASX-listed Arowana International says it intends to "vigorously defend" a lawsuit being taken against it by investors in Intueri Education Group.Intueri investors announced the action against Arowana and its directors, as well as Intueri directors, on Friday. As far as BusinessDesk is aware, this is the first time Arowana has told its shareholders of the suit, which was announced in November last year.Arowana is again threatening legal action against the investors' lawyer, Adina Thorn, for "certain public statements" she has made.
