BNZ wins secrecy over employment dispute

The Bank of New Zealand has won continued secrecy over a dispute with former employee Melissa Bowen — for now.Bowen has been described in previous Employment Relations Authority decisions as a whistleblower who alleged she was unjustifiably dismissed from the bank.
