Petrol retailer Z Energy said it has renegotiated its debt covenant waivers with its banks, supervisor and US private placement investors and that means it can resume paying dividends earlier than expected.The company now expects to pay a final dividend in May for the year ending this month of 12 cents to 14c per share.After the covid-19 pandemic started last year, Z negotiated a short-term waiver of some of its debt covenants and a condition was that it would pause shareholder dividends until Oct 1 this year.The company said its stronger-than-...
