The New Zealand government’s online experience has been found lacking in a report by Adobe, ranked as ‘emerging’ with a score of 66 out of 100, placing it sixth out of the seven governments in the report.The report, Aotearoa NZ government digital performance and inclusion (GDPII), assessed the online experiences of NZ, Australia, Canada, Singapore, the UK, the US and the European Union.The rating was done against three metrics: customer experience, site performance and digital equity.NZ ranked last or second to last in all are...
