NZX is appointing Hobson Wealth's chief operating officer, Anna Scott, to be the chief executive of its Smartshares subsidiary from Sept 4.NZX chief executive Mark Peterson made the announcement on Thursday saying Scott was a seasoned financial services leader with “strong operational skills, experience and commercial acumen”.Scott has been COO at Hobson Wealth since 2019, having started there in 2016 as an adviser on business transformation and was appointed to its board in 2018.She has more than 20 years of market experience,...
