Vital Healthcare Property Trust's manager said the trust will buy a Melbourne private hospital and two development properties in Queensland for a total of A$103.5 million and a development site in Grafton, Auckland for $7.25m.The manager also said director Bernard Crotty is resigning from the management company's board and will be replaced by Craig Mitchell.Both Crotty and Mitchell are officers of the management company's owner, Toronto-listed NorthWest Healthcare Properties Real Estate Investment Trust.Mitchell has been regional ch...
