A Christchurch engineer has been censured by his professional body as “incompetent” after a graduate engineer noticed design issues in a building from the street.Engineering New Zealand released a decision on Friday saying a disciplinary committee had removed Joo Cho, director of Seismotech Consulting, from the register of chartered professional engineers.
