The Government has incorporated the ferry procuring company it floated in December, when Winston Peters was made minister for rail.Ferry Holdings Limited was registered with the NZ Companies Office on Wednesday with Chris Mackenzie, Heather Simpson and Greg Lowe listed as directors.Peters announced he was appointing the trio to the company, which is structured as a Schedule 4a entity under the Public Finance Act, last month.Further directors are expected to be announced at some point.Move with urgencyThe company was incorporated a day after Tre...
