Freight and logistics company TIL Logistics has appointed former Mainfreight Europe chief executive Mark Newman as an independent director.The appointment, part of a recent board and ownership reshuffle, follows the appointment of former Mainfreight executive director Chris Dunphy to the board after he bought shares in a private placement from founder shareholders earlier this month.Dunphy will also officially take on the role of executive director of TIL from today, effectively heading the company’s operations.That followed the resignati...
