Til Logistics said it has been made aware of a proposal involving its founder shareholders selling more shares to recently appointed director Chris Dunphy.Dunphy, a former executive director of Mainfreight, is proposing a call option arrangement allowing him to buy up to five million Til shares.The founder shareholders are Jim Ramsay, Greg Whitham, Alan Terri, Larry Stewart and Kevin Smith or interests associated with them.The transfer price of the shares would be $1 per share for the first two million shares, $1.20 per share for the second two...
