Internet entrepreneur and fugitive from the American court system Kim Dotcom has lost another round in his bid to stall extradition to the United States.In decisions published today, the Court of Appeal dismissed Dotcom’s attempt to enforce requests he had made under the Privacy Act.Separately, appeal court judges Stephen Kos, Forrie Miller and Christine French also dismissed an appeal by two of Dotcom’s business partners in the Mega online file uploading business at the heart of the US extradition case, to introduce new evidence.Th...
