Receivers have been appointed to David Henry’s Kinleith Land and Infrastructure company after an 11th hour reprieve failed and the firm was tipped into liquidation earlier today.The application was pursued by Whangārei based electrical engineering firm McKay and Spanish energy company Matrix Renewables, who say they are owed an estimated $400,000.On June 21, the firm was given a four week reprieve by associate judge Rachel Sussock after Brian Henry told the court it is "more likely than not" that parties would reach agreeme...
