An Auckland company that supplied personal protective equipment and covid-19 tests has been put into liquidation, despite its founder claiming a deal was in the works to sell it for $10 million.Boutique law firm Couch Harlowe Kovacevich initiated liquidation action against Equinox NZ Limited and a related entity, Equinox Labs NZ Limited Partnership, in the High Court at Auckland in February.
