FMA talks with Feltex crowdfunder

The Financial Markets Authority said it is “engaging” with the litigation crowdfunder about the final leg of the Feltex shareholder court case, but won’t say more. The regulator’s interest is the latest twist in the ongoing saga over the funding of the second stage of the Feltex shareholder suit.
