Gagged Ross investor 'deeply frustrated' by ANZ settlement

Bruce Tichbon, head of the Ross Asset Management Investors (RAM) Group said he is "deeply frustrated" by the terms of a confidential settlement between ANZ Bank and litigation lender LPF Group.Tichbon is one of more than 500 investors in the RAM scheme who will receive a payment as part of a settlement agreed between LPF and ANZ.That was after the group, funded by LPF, mounted an $80 million class action against the bank in July 2019, claiming it was complicit alongside convicted fraudster David Ross in dealings with investors.Tichbon...
