Former CBL Corporation managing director Peter Harris has indicated he may want a third defendant charged by the Serious Fraud Office to be tried alongside him.The issue came up in criminal callover at the high court at Auckland this morning.The third defendant, who has name suppression, faces a single charge of obtaining by deception following the collapse of the listed insurer.Justice Sally Fitzgerald is still to determine whether that person will be tried in the high court where Harris and former chief financial officer Carden Mulholland are...
