Auckland Airport planning more staff cuts

Auckland International Airport is planning more staff cuts as it struggles to weather the collapse in international travel. The company has already trimmed its workforce by 25 percent and is proposing more reductions, mainly impacting its infrastructure and operations team, it said today. Earlier cuts included releasing 90 staff and an additional 90 contractors working on the capital programme.
