After almost a year CBL Insurance’s auditor Deloitte has coughed up all the information sought by the failed insurer’s liquidators, but it's not yet clear what will come of the probe.On Dec. 23 last year, three days after filing court action against CBL Insurance’s former directors and its actuary PwC, liquidators Kare Johnstone and Andrew Grenfell formally asked Deloitte to produce its audit file and communications regarding the company.They did this using Companies Act provisions which let liquidators seek information.
