Tens of thousands of stranded foreigners will be able to leave New Zealand as early as tomorrow, according to Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters.Foreign nationals returning home will be allowed to travel domestically - either by land or air - when they have a confirmed and scheduled international flight out of New Zealand, Peters said in a statement.
