Blis Technologies expects a financial hit as it goes after a European manufacturer and key customer for allegedly breaching trade secrets and confidential information. The New Zealand Exchange-listed (NZX) manufacturer of probiotic strains said it has learned that a key customer has filed a patent for two fermentation processes in the US, Europe, and China.The release of Blis' trade secrets and confidential information, as part of the patent application, “has considerable financial implications for the company”, it said.&nb...
