Meridian chief executive Neal Barclay will exit the listed energy company next year. In a statement to the New Zealand Exchange (NZX), Meridian said Barclay had decided to step down in June 2025. Current Meridian chief financial officer Mike Roan will be the firm’s new chief executive officer (CEO).
