Debt-laden Synlait Milk will open the dairy season with a “conservative” milk price forecast similar to Fonterra’s.The dual-listed milk processor issued its forecast price for the 2024/25 season, beginning on Saturday, at $8 a kilogram of milksolids (kgMS).That is in line with Fonterra’s forecast midpoint.
