Asset Plus to raise $60.2m, increase debt to build Albany office block

Asset Plus has relaunched a capital raising to fund development of Munroe Lane in Albany but is only raising $60.2 million compared with the $100 million raising it cancelled in March because of the uncertainty created by the coronavirus crisis.
