Auckland developer Ockham Residential has lodged resource consent for a 153 apartment development at 339-359 Great North Rd, joining a growing list of developers queuing up to build in the terraced housing and apartment zone of Grey Lynn.The Feynman Buildings will have seven levels of apartments as well as eight office spaces, alongside the 80-metre frontage of Great North Road.The buildings’ roof will feature a terraced swimming pool.
