Precinct Properties is extending its empire beyond the waterfront, announcing agreements to acquire properties on Queen St and Dominion Rd and move into the student accommodation sector.The NZX-listed developer behind the $1 billion Commercial Bay development in downtown Auckland notified the stock exchange on Wednesday morning of the move, saying it was the next step in a strategy it initiated 18 months ago to diversify into multi-unit residential development.The pivot started at the end of 2022 when Precinct entered into a joint venture (JV)...
