Discount retailer Pricewise has been moved into liquidation, almost 18 months after Colin Neal’s Polar Capital tried to save it.  Companies Office records show a special resolution of shareholders moved Pricewise (2020) into liquidation this morning (Thursday), with BDO Tauranga’s Ken Brown and Paul Manning appointed liquidators.Manning cited covid-19, a lack of profitability and cashflow issues as reasons the company folded.Former Big Chill founder Neal’s Polar Capital LP is the 100% shareholder of the company.
