New Zealand consumers are more concerned about rising costs than their European or North American counterparts, according to Boston Consulting Group’s inaugural NZ consumer sentiment survey.Phillip Benedetti, head of the firm’s local office, said NZ consumers showed a higher level of concern than those in most other markets surveyed around the world.The survey collected responses from 1,000 NZ adults.
