By Jenny Ruth Sept. 10 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar was a little stronger after data showing consumers appear to have heeded Reserve Bank governor Adrian Orr's exhortation to spend after last month's surprise rate cut. The kiwi was trading at 64.31 US cents at 5pm in Wellington from 64.25 at 8am. The trade-weighted index was at 71.47 points from 71.40.
