The New Zealand Shareholders Association has taken a stand against the re-election of two of Hallenstein Glasson’s directors on grounds that they’ve been in their roles too long.During the company’s annual general meeting on Tuesday, Frank Stewart, chair of the South Island branch of the NZ Shareholders Association (NZSA), said the association would vote against resolutions to re-elect chair Warren Bell and director Graeme Popplewell.Bell was appointed to the board in 1986, and Popplewell was appointed in 1985.Stewart sai...
