The Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand disciplinary tribunal has censured two senior auditors for their failings during years of PwC audits of Fonterra.Jonathan Skilton and Leopino Foliaki were hauled before the tribunal two months ago in Auckland, facing charges, which they had pleaded guilty to, relating to their work on the dairy giant’s books.
