Vocus NZ could fetch A$660 million in 2021 float

Vocus NZ could raise as much as A$660 million when its Australian parent floats New Zealand's fourth-biggest broadband service provider next year, say Jarden analysts.In a note to clients, Jarden today said it expected the initial public offering to focus on Vocus NZ’s infrastructure assets within its Enterprise & Wholesale arm, despite its presence in NZ as the country’s fourth largest consumer telco.Jarden currently values Vocus NZ at A$416 million, or 66 Australian cents a share, but predicts the company will use its fibr...
