Napier Port has announced the resignation of Andrea Manley, the general manager of strategy and supply chain.
Manley will be leaving the company to take up a new role as chief operating officer outside of Hawke's Bay.
Her resignation is expected to take effect in August.
In a statement, Napier Port chief executive Todd Dawson expressed gratitude for Manley's five years of contribution and wished her the best for the future.
The port also revealed the appointment of Chris Wylie to the newly created position of general manager port optimisation.
Wylie, who has been with Napier Port for several years, will focus on strategic projects to enhance the port's operating capabilities.
