Results of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Ltd (NZX and ASX: NZK) Annual Shareholder Meeting
At New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited’s Annual Shareholder meeting, held at Rutherford Hotel, Nelson and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• Resolution 1 – That the Board is authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the financial year ending 31 January 2026.
• Resolution 2 – Having retired in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1, that Chiong Yong Tiong be elected as a Director.
• Resolution 3 – Having retired in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1, that Carol Chen be elected as a Director.
• Resolution 4 – Having retired in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1, that Victoria Taylor be elected as a Director.
