Employers will have limited grounds to require mandatory vaccination under new guidance issued on Wednesday.Prime minister Jacinda Ardern announced major changes to covid-19 protection settings last week, including scrapping vaccination mandates for all but a handful of workforces from April 4 and removing a requirement to use vaccine passes.In light of the liberalisation, which comes as places like Auckland move past the peak of the omicron outbreak, workplace relations minister Michael Wood has now released new workplace vaccination guidance....
