MARKET OPEN: Wall Street lift may help local sentiment

The domestic market may get a lift after Wall Street gained on stronger-than-expected housing data. Pending home sales mounted a record comeback in May, seeing encouraging contract activity after two previous months of declines brought on by the coronavirus pandemic, the National Association of Realtors said.
