Directors of the poorly performing freight company Move Logistics have declared there are “material uncertainties” about the business’s future.The disclosures appear in the company’s annual report, released to the NZX this morning, and are mirrored in the report from its auditors, PwC, who also warned of “the existence of material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt on the group's ability to continue as a going concern”.Chief among those concerns was the fact that Move has written off the $12.5...
