The two sides of the boardroom battle at carpetmaker Bremworth have cut a deal.George Adams has stepped down as chair and will be replaced by Rob Hewett, who is currently in India on Prime Minister Christopher Luxon’s delegation.Adams and John Rae will remain on the board.
