Fonterra Co-operative Group is appealing an Australian court ruling that refused to rule on whether its consumer divestment would impact its brand licence agreement with Bega Group.Late last year, the co-op went to the New South Wales Supreme Court seeking a determination that the brand licence wouldn’t be impacted.
