A frustrated property buyer has gone to the High Court at Auckland to force the sale of a house, alleging vendor’s remorse.Employment advocate May Moncur (pictured below), also known as Congmei Ma, represented herself on Tuesday against Yang Li, the vendor of a Drury property.However, Li, through lawyer Doug Hickson, has raised a number of procedural issues with Moncur's claim.
