Recent research undertaken by Craigs Investment Partners has highlighted the interlinkages between NZX-listed company boardrooms.With help from artificial intelligence, Craigs senior research analyst Joshua Dale mapped the governance teams of all NZX 50 firms, major banks, and select other listed entities, such as Xero, ikeGPS and My Food Bag.The analysis showed a handful of directors occupying a number of board seats, with one man, James Miller, sitting on five boards: Channel Infrastructure, Fletcher Building, Mercury Energy, Ryman Healthcare...
